We have identified an issue with the scheduled upgrade that was rolled out for Umbraco Heartcore. We have found the issue, and the engineering team is working on a fix and a subsequent upgrade to resolve this issue.

A fix has been made and is being rolled out to the affected projects.
We continue to monitor projects that have been or are about to be upgraded.

Please note that the issue was isolated to a subset of customers and only affected the Umbraco Backoffice. For projects running their REST API through our Content Delivery Platform, this issue would not have affected their API usage. Projects that are not yet utilizing the Content Delivery Platform will be updated in the near future (more details will follow).

The GraphQL and Preview APIs were not affected by this autoupgrade issue.
