Service Disruption UltraDDoS Protect Dubai

DigiCert Engineering has identified an issue with the UltraDDoS Protect router in Dubai (DXB). All teams are actively engaged in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Customer Impact: Customers may expect BGP Peering sessions in DXB to go down. Due to the device failure, customer traffic has been routed off of Dubai (DXB) and will be routed to the next closest POP to minimize impact.

A notice will be sent when the issue is resolved and traffic is routed back on to DXB.

The Dubai Point of Presence (PoP) in the UltraDDoS Protect and UltraWAF network has been temporarily taken off-line due to a hardware failure in a critical network device. A replacement is being shipped into Dubai to restore service in the PoP. The estimated time for site restoration is approximately 28 days due to traffic delays in the Middle East. We are doing everything we can to expedite the replacement and will provide updates as we learn more.
