Dear Customer,
Arbor Cloud is currently experiencing a service disruption with Arbor Cloud DDoS alert to case generation. Support teams are actively engaged and are investigating the issue.
A system that generates cases from DDoS alerts is experiencing intermittent issues due to an outage with an upstream provider. The Security Operations Center is remaining vigilant directly on the scrubbing center tools to mitigate any attacks while case generation is impacted.
We will provide updates every hour until the issue is resolved.
