Dear Customer,
Arbor Cloud is currently experiencing an issue with the Arbor Cloud Phone System. Support teams have identified the issue and are actively engaged in a resolution.
Engineering is investigating an issue affecting the Arbor Cloud phone system with an upstream provider, which is causing intermittent disconnections and unexpected sign-outs for some agents. There is no impact to customers at this time.
We will provide an update when this is resolved.
