Engineering is investigating an issue that may cause some customers to experience inter-data center connectivity problems between nodes in the AMER region. Customers may be experiencing alerts and alarms, UC nodes may be inaccessible, phone registrations may fail over, and there may be database replication alerts. We are working to restore services as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Engineering has identified the issue to be impacting the network edge to core connectivity. Phone registrations should fail over. Inbound/outbound calls should not be impacted. Inter-data center connectivity issues are also observed for SME and Expressways. We are working with the service provider to restore the connectivity.
