Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the Webex Calling PSTN outbound calls. Some users in the EU region may experience intermittent failures when attempting to place outbound calls. This issue is specific to Webex Calling PSTN users in the EU region. As a workaround, users can retry their calls. We are working towards restoring services and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
