Webex Meetings: Multiple service degradation for users in the US region

Engineering completed mitigation activities and services are now healthy and available.

We will continue to monitor to ensure service stability.

Upon further investigation engineering identified additional impact to in-meeting API, start/join API failures, and content sharing for Webex Meetings. All hands are on deck currently working on mitigation tactics to restore services.

Engineering is investigating an issue impacting Webex Meetings for some users in the US region. Affected users may experience split-meeting conditions between endpoints and Webex Meetings clients. Endpoint users may be unable to see and hear Webex users and vice-versa.
