Engineering is investigating an issue impacting some Webex Calling provisioning tasks. Administrators attempting to create users or add call recording for a user using APIs and/or in Webex Control Hub may experience failures. Additionally, administrators may not be able to fetch local gateway trunk status. We are working towards restoring the services and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
