Engineering is investigating an issue that may be causing intermittent delays in the delivery of push notifications for some Webex Calling customers in the US and Canada regions. In addition, some agents in the Canada region are unable to launch Customer Assist services in the Webex App.

We are actively working to restore the service and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
