Engineering is investigating an issue affecting the User Management section in Webex Control Hub for organizations hosted in the Canada region. The Users tab does not load the list of users after navigating to Webex Control Hub > Management > Users. This issue is impacting access for administrators using Control Hub, as well as partners and external administrators using Partner Hub and Helpdesk access. We are working towards restoring services and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Engineering is investigating an issue affecting the User Management section in Webex Control Hub for organizations hosted in the Canada region.
