Engineering is investigating an issue impacting Webex Meetings services for some users in the EU region. Some users may experience degraded audio and video quality during their meetings. Users may also experience cascade link delays or failures, creating a split-meeting condition between endpoints and Webex Meetings clients. Additionally, there may be issues with in-meeting features such as mute, unmute, sharing, roster, etc. A small subset of users may experience delays or failures when joining meetings, including those using End-to-End Encrypted meetings.
