Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the Webex Meetings service. Some users may experience cascade failures, resulting in a split-meeting condition between video devices and Webex Meetings clients. Users joining the meeting from a video device or using a SIP connection may be unable to see and hear Webex users, and vice versa.
