Webex Calling experienced an 84-hour outage affecting on-premises CUCM customers running app version 46.6 with FIPS enabled, causing call failures for both commercial and government users. The root cause was tied to the 46.6 app build, and resolution required developing, validating, and rolling out a fixed version across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms in phases. Service was fully restored on June 26, with affected users advised to upgrade to the latest Webex app version.
