Webex Contact Center Enterprise: Intermittent Agent Desktops and Console access failures in the US region

Engineering has made progress in implementing mitigation measures for the issue affecting US-based Webex Contact Center Enterprise users experiencing intermittent access failures to Agent Desktop and consoles, as well as inter-data center call failures.

Work is ongoing to fully restore service, and we will provide the next update in one hour or sooner should significant progress occur.

On further analysis engineering has determined that the current issue is impacting the traffic between Austin and Denver data centers resulting in intermittent inter-DC call failures.

We will provide another update within one hour or sooner if we have additional information.

Engineering is investigating intermittent access failures affecting Agent Desktops and consoles in the US region.
