Data indexing issue on EU-01 (partial loss of server status data)

Sysinfo data (containing information about server status) from region EU-01 was not properly stored. This resulted in partial data loss for some customers in the EU-01 region. Other regions were not affected. Two separate issues were detected on October 1, and October 4-6.

Some EU-01 customers may notice missing or incomplete sysinfo data in the Whalebone Admin Portal. DNS resolution were not affected and all other services are operational, too.

We have fixed the problem on October 6, 2025 and normal data ingestion resumed.
