GroundRunners installed on certain operating systems not functioning properly.

This issue is now resolved.

The rolled-back version of the GroundRunner is now available for download. As a reminder: this rollback only needs to be done if your GroundRunner is hosted on Linux and you were affected by last night's update. If your GroundRunner is operating without issues, you do not need to take any action.

We will be rolling back the GroundRunner update. Due to the nature of the issue, impacted clients will need to manually update their GroundRunner executables. Please do not attempt this yet, as the rolled-back version is not yet available.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a resolution.

We have determined that the affected GroundRunners are those hosted on Linux systems. Additionally, we want to correct the date that was referenced regarding when the problematic update was released: it was July 18 2023 (i.e. yesterday), not June 18, 2023.

We will continue to work towards a resolution and provide an update as soon as possible.

We are currently investigating reports that an update released to GroundRunners on the evening of June 18, 2023 is causing GroundRunners installed on certain operating systems to no longer function properly. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
