A third-party provider outage (Tink) prevented UK, Ireland, and some EU open banking customers from creating or manually renewing bank feeds in Xero, with transaction import delays also reported. The incident lasted approximately 12 minutes before Tink resolved the underlying issue. Bank feed creation and renewal are now fully restored, and outstanding transactions have been imported.
