Zscaler is investigating reports of an issue with our Chennai II, Mumbai VI, New Delhi I datacenter. We are investigating periods of slowness and/or increased latency. We will provide an update as it becomes available.Update - Tue, 24 Sep 2024 02:29:15 UTCWe have identified an issue with a third-party carrier that is affecting connectivity for multiple carriers in the region, leading to degraded connectivity for both ZIA and ZPA traffic to multiple datacenters. Zscaler has escalated the issue to the carrier in question and is actively working to mitigate the impact by rerouting traffic around the affected carrier. We have observed improvements in connectivity to multiple datacenters within India and will continue to provide updates until the issue is fully resolved.
