Our team is actively working on a resolution.Update - Wed, 11 Dec 2024 03:56:58 UTCWe have isolated the issue to a third-party carrier, which may potentially be affecting connectivity at our other datacenters. Our team is actively working on a resolution.Update - Wed, 11 Dec 2024 04:26:39 UTCWe have identified a theme where international users connecting to applications in US could be experiencing connectivity or performance issues on either the forward or return path if using Lumen (3356) as their primary ISP for the app connector. If customers have the option, they should route app connector traffic for the impacted applications via an alternate ISP.Update - Wed, 11 Dec 2024 06:19:17 UTCWe are still investigating the ongoing issue and have implemented mitigation measures for impacted customers. While we have observed some improvement in connectivity, we are still awaiting an official statement from the ISP. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability.
