November 21, 2025 - Started 4 months ago - Lasted about 3 hours

Incident Report

Zscaler is investigating an issue related to the Custom Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) engine that was recently enabled. During this period, services powered by Custom IPS on the Public Service Edge (PSE) may experience intermittent interruption. This condition is also causing Web Insight to occasionally display the Upload Filename field as null.We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses. For detailed updates, please check the Service Status section in your Zscaler customer support portal (CSP). Status changes and additional details will be posted there as they become available.Update - Fri, 21 Nov 2025 00:56:03 UTCZscaler has isolated the behavior to a recently enabled Custom IPS capability. Zscaler teams are actively validating mitigation steps, and early testing shows positive results. Further updates will be provided as progress continues toward full service restoration.
