ZIA Platform Alerts – Email Notifications Not Being Delivered

Zscaler is investigating an issue impacting email notifications for Platform Alerts configured within the ZIA Admin Portal (Under Administration > Define Alerts Page > Alerts). Customers may not be receiving email notifications for alert-triggering events. We will continue to provide updates here as the investigation progresses.
