Zuora Outage History

Zuora experienced an internal system error affecting users with Japanese language settings in Sandbox environments when accessing application settings. The issue prevented these users from properly accessing the Sandbox UI functionality for 9.3 hours. The problem was resolved after implementing a fix and monitoring the results.

Zuora's sandbox environment UI became inaccessible, preventing users from accessing their sandbox instances. The issue affected all sandbox UI components and lasted approximately 2.2 hours. A fix was implemented and the incident was resolved after monitoring confirmed the solution was working properly.

A subset of NA1 production tenants using legacy 360 Sync were incorrectly triggering Turbo Sync instead of Real Time Sync, affecting multiple production and sandbox components including UI, API, integrations, batch operations, and analytics. The incident lasted 3.5 hours and was resolved after implementing a fix that restored Real Time Sync functionality to normal operation.

Zuora experienced a performance issue in their EU production tenant that caused degraded performance for both the UI and API, affecting all users in that region. The incident lasted 7 minutes before being resolved. Both the Production UI and Production API components were impacted during this brief outage.

On March 10, 2026, at 12:30 AM PDT, Zuora Revenue Service sandbox environments experienced a major incident that affected the Sandbox UI across all regions. The incident lasted 24.2 hours, with a fix implemented around 3:22 AM PDT and full resolution confirmed on March 11 at 12:59 AM PDT.
