Resolved Web Application: Loading Issues

Resolved Issues with infrustructure
Amazon has reported an issue which affect our infrastructure. They say the fix is on its way. Currently AppFollow website can be affected - not load or do it slowly. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Resolved Google Play Reply to Reviews Integrations Appear Inactive
We are currently experiencing an issue where Google Play Reply to Reviews Integrations intermittently appear inactive. The integrations are active; their status will be updated automatically. To manually update the integration's status, please access the "Linked Integrations" page, click on the gear icon next to an inactive integration, and select "Check status". We're working on resolving this issue so that integrations would remain active. Thank you for your patience while we investigate the issue.
Resolved Errors With Reporting Concerns (Reply to Reviews Page)
We have identified an issue with the Report a Concern feature on the Reply to Reviews page. Right now clients with active "Report a Concern" integrations are unable to click the "Report a Concern" button on the Reply to Reviews page. We're investigating the issue and working on a fix as our highest priority; we'll keep you posted about updates here. Thank you for your patience!
