AppNeta Engineering has confirmed that the applied remediation is not completely effective for the TraceRoute issue previously identified in the following statuspage: https://status.appneta.com/incidents/86q43fx8w1v4 We are still experiencing sporadic issues against all application nodes causing brief windows of missing TraceRoute data and their associated network change events. We are actively monitoring for these events and remediating them as they appear while we look for an effective permanent resolution to the issue.
