During this time, if you have already logged into the GEO mobile app, you can continue to use it, and data will sync when site performance is restored to normal. Partial Site Outage - Amenity Reservations
We have received reports of errors and/or pages not loading for Amenity Reservations. In the meantime, if you need to add a new reservation, this can be accomplished from the Dashboard page on the BuildingLink Website. You can also view current reservations using the BuildingLink GEO app. Our team is actively investigating and will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Page Loading Issue
We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing the Unit Overview page from loading properly. In the meantime, you can access resident contact details by going to the Front Desk tab --> Resident Directory and searching for an occupant, or you can log into the GEO app to look up information! All other information that displays on the Unit Overview page (such as Events, Instructions, Maintenance, Reservations) is still available in the respective modules. Sites - Management Portal
