Auto-Logout Issues for Some Builders and Borrowers

We have been made aware that some Borrower and Builder users are experiencing issues with their login experience into the Built platform to request draws and inspections at this time. This is not impacting all Borrowers and Builders and there is no Lender login impact. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore services.

Delay in Data Processing

During an overnight job, a delay was caused in our data processing within our CLA product for lenders. We have implemented a fix for this delay and are currently seeing recovery and events catching up. Until recovery is complete, you may see a delay in up-to-date data appearing in certain areas of CLA, such as Draw Desk, Global Search, and certain search fields for finding and selecting builders and borrowers. We will provide another update when data processing is fully caught up.

Photos Delayed through Built Inspect App

Some users are experiencing issues with photos appearing to not accompany inspections when submitted through the Built Inspect app. No inspection photos have been lost, but affected inspections will appear as though no photos are attached when viewed from getbuilt.com or through the Built Inspect app. We have identified the issue and a fix is in progress to restore Built Inspect App functionality. Additionally, we are actively working to restore the affected photos to their respective inspections. Overnight Delays in Data Processing

Yesterday evening, an issue caused delays in the processing of various data across the Built application which may result in some elements appearing either outdated or unavailable, affecting activities which occurred over an approximately 13-hour period between 8:03 PM CT on 8/10/22, until 9:54 AM CT today (8/11/22). This issue has since been resolved for any new activities across the application, but those activities which occurred during the affected time period may still appear as outdated. The Built team are actively reprocessing the affected data, and affected records should immediately reflect their current state as that reprocessing continues. Further updates will be posted as things progress.
