Autotask is aware that Intuit is notifying partners of an active service degradation involving QuickBooks WebConnector due to a revoked certificate from their certificate provider. At this time, Intuit is not providing an ETA on when this issue will be resolved. On Friday August 25th, QuickBooks resolved the issue with certificate errors while syncing applications with QuickBooks Desktop.
