Cannot see activity for 3 days. After logging in message, "Oops! We're having some technical difficulties". For 3 days! Cannot make online payments! 3 Days!.

I was using the Discover app on my iPad and started getting a services are not available at this time. I tried to access discover.com from both my iPad and PC - same thing. 10/28/2025 @ 0735 (CDT).

Rick - Discover site (now Capital One) will not allow you to login if your running ANY form of tracking protection, (VPN, Privacy Badger, etc. Switch to Brave or any other with NO protections and you'll get right in. Why?? Highly suspicious in my opinion..
