Resolved Upstream Registry Outage

We are seeing an outage of one of our upstream registries. This will cause delays in attempting to purchase Codomo certificates and errors in trying to purchase/renew some TLDs.

Resolved Standard SSL Certificate Processing Delays

We have been made aware of delays with our upstream provider relating to the order processing of Sectigo SSL certificates. Currently, users may see delays in receiving the confirmation email for this certificate type. This issue only affects standard SSL certificate orders. Let's Encrypt certificates are not affected. We are monitoring the issue and awaiting an update from our upstream provider's investigation. More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Resolved Let's Encrypt certificates issuance and renewals delayed

We identified a situation delaying us on the completion of the issuance for new Let's Encrypt certificates and renewals. We are working on queuing the processing accordingly
