Resolved Minor eNotify Sending Issue - Composer US East
We are currently investigating an issue with eNotify sends failing to send in the Composer US East region. We will provide additional updates as soon as we have them.
Resolved Minor 503 errors on US East sites
We're currently investigating an issue that is causing users on some sites in our US East region to receive messages with error code 503 when attempting to access the site or log in. Our infrastructure team is investigating this issue now. We'll continue to provide updates here as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Resolved Minor Support Phones
We are aware of an issue currently impacting inbound phone calls to Finalsite Support. We are monitoring progress on a fix with our provider, Zendesk, but our ticketing system is not impacted at this time. Thank you for your patience.
Resolved Minor Third-Party DNS Resolver Issues
We are receiving reports of websites not loading for some users at this time. It appears to be an issue that is impacting web services across the web, not just Finalsite. The issue is upstream from us with a major DNS provider (DYNdns) that may be affecting routing for some users, depending on their Internet Service Provider and/or the DNS resolver being used. We are watching the issue closely at: www.dynstatus.com
