Our engineers have fixed the issue with primary toll free numbers & toll numbers for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining from Germany, France, Luxembourg, India and Belgium. Some of our users may have received the message stating, "The number you dialed is invalid, or no longer in service". LogMeIn has plenty of capacity within our network and to our partners to facilitate our customers with alternate numbers. Customers dialing toll free numbers for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining from Germany, France, Luxembourg, India and Belgium could experience message stating, "The number you dialed is invalid, or no longer in service". LogMeIn has plenty of capacity within our network and to our partners to facilitate our customers with alternate numbers. We are actively investigating reports that some GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, and OpenVoice customers may be experiencing performance issues with these products. Our Engineers have isolated this product impact due to a widespread Third Party Internet Service Provider outage across North America. We expect product functionalities to improve but there is a potential for ongoing interruptions as long as the ISPs are experiencing interruption.
