There is an issue with the GoToTraining RevStream PayPal integration. Attendees attempting to process payments for sessions and organizers attempting to update or add RevStream to training sessions may get an error. We are actively working with PayPal to determine a resolution.

Our engineers have fixed the issue with primary toll free numbers & toll numbers for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining from Germany, France, Luxembourg, India and Belgium. Some of our users may have received the message stating, "The number you dialed is invalid, or no longer in service". LogMeIn has plenty of capacity within our network and to our partners to facilitate our customers with alternate numbers. Customers dialing toll free numbers for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining from Germany, France, Luxembourg, India and Belgium could experience message stating, "The number you dialed is invalid, or no longer in service". LogMeIn has plenty of capacity within our network and to our partners to facilitate our customers with alternate numbers. Thus, as a workaround, customers can use these alternate numbers while our engineers continue to work with our vendors to fix the same.
