We’re fixing an issue that is causing a delay in incoming SEPA Payments and SEPA Direct Debits We identified an issue that is causing a delay in processing some of our incoming SEPA payments that should have arrived to Holvi accounts. The technical issue also caused a delay with our SEPA Direct Debits. Unfortunately, while all payments reached their destination on time, we never debited the funds from the affected accounts.
