We’re fixing an issue that is causing a delay in incoming SEPA Payments and SEPA Direct Debits We identified an issue that is causing a delay in processing some of our incoming SEPA payments that should have arrived to Holvi accounts. The technical issue also caused a delay with our SEPA Direct Debits. Unfortunately, while all payments reached their destination on time, we never debited the funds from the affected accounts. To correct this, we’ll collect the missing funds within the next few days. Our team has identified the issue and is working on a solution. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
