Resolved Web Application Availability

The Insightly desktop web application was intermittently unavailable for 27 minutes starting at 9:30pm Pacific due to a network device failure. During this time new connections to the application timed out. We've remediated the situation and are investigating the failure of the redundant components to perform as expected.

Resolved Backend events processing exceptions

For 20 minutes at 2:15 PM, PST we were alerted to our internal event messaging system became backed up and discarded events. This caused failed operations in webhooks, audit log events, workflow automation actions, and search sync during this timeframe. This issue was fixed at 2:25 pm and verified working correctly from that time on.

Network Upgrade

We will be performing upgrades to the core networking devices supporting the Insightly application and API for a maximum period of 2 hours. This work will start at 2pm Pacific and conclude by 4:00 PM Pacific on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. During this time the application and APIs will be unavailable.

There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when Insightly is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Insightly has issues.
Why should I subscribe to IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services you care about and impact your company. We'll keep you informed about the incidents that happen. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to an actual plan to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
