What is the issue: Virtual Classroom Chrome users cannot hear other class participants when joining the room (initially) from a Chrome latest 103 version browser. Current status: Our team is investigating the problem. As a workaround users can use another type of browser (such as Firefox or Edge) or earlier versions of Chrome. In organizations that are limited to Chrome's latest version then the workaround is at the beginning of the call to ask all participants to mute/unmute their audio once, and that will fix the issue for that call (as long as users won't refresh their browser from that point and on). It is important to note that if a user with Chrome v.103 refreshes the page, all participants will need to do the mute unmute again. What to expect next: The next update will be posted by 12:00 UTC.

What is the Issue: Users running EDGE browser ver. 100.0.1185.29 or Chrome ver. 100.0.4896.60 (Latest versions) can not start or Join Virtual Meeting from Mediaspace (No impact on Channels or Private Meeting Rooms) Current Status: Our team is investigating the issue with the goal to deploy a fix by COB tomorrow. Until then, you can apply a temporary workaround by going to the Newrow Module in your KMS Admin, and changing the setting for the join Button Type to Static. That change will allow all users to join calls normally (and with no effect on other browsers or older versions of EDGE/Chrome can be used as well) What to Expect Next: The next update will be shared by tomorrow 8 am UTC.

What was the Impact: Only affected customers who have their account set to block "guest" access. Those accounts may have experienced that Recordings fail to record. From within the room, the recording would have appeared to be recording, but the recording will not be available after the session. Current Status: A solution has deployed as of 4:22pm UTC, a few moments ago. Recordings will need to be restarted for the fix to take affect on a currently running session/recording. What to Expect Next: The next update will be posted in 1 hour, following monitoring.
