We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 10:00 AM (US Eastern Time) on February 5, 2021 for impacted metrics. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We will provide updates as metrics catch up.

Resolved Issue with Manual Segmentation
We are currently investigating an issue regarding manual segments not populating as expected when users click to create a new segment or update a segment’s definition. Real-time automatic updates to existing segments should not be impacted. We will provide an update here as soon as more information becomes available.

We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 2:30 PM (Eastern Time) on January 2, 2021 for impacted metrics. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We will provide updates as metrics catch up.

We have identified an issue with our analytics processing infrastructure that is causing up to 6 hour delays for approximately 50% of all metrics. This may be causing campaign, flow, and dashboard reports to appear outdated. No data has been lost, and email sending and real-time segmentation are not impacted. We will provide further updates once we have better clarity on time to resolution.
Resolved Issue Leading to Elevated Hard Bounce Rates
Between 5 PM - 9 PM ET on 12/14, and 12 AM - 2 AM ET on 12/15, we observed elevated hard bounce rates on Google inboxes due to an issue with a third party. The issue has since been resolved. Campaigns sent during this window may show elevated hard bounce rates specific to Google recipients. No other inbox providers were affected. We are actively working on assessing the impact, and will keep this status page updated.

At 3:30pm US Eastern time, we identified an issue with our analytics processing infrastructure that is causing 1-2 hour delays for approximately 90% of all metrics. This may be causing campaign, flow, and dashboard reports to appear outdated for affected metrics. No data has been lost, and flow-triggering, real-time segmentation and campaign sending are not impacted. We will provide further updates once we have better clarity on time to resolution.

We are investigating an incident impacting roughly 25% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear outdated by approximately 2-3 hours for impacted accounts. No email or SMS sending is impacted, and no data is lost. We are actively working to resolve and will provide updates as they become available.
