We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 7:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on May 6, 2021 for impacted metrics. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We will provide updates as metrics catch up.

Resolved Delay in Real-Time Segmentation Processing

We are currently experiencing delays in real-time segmentation processing. Segments may be out of date by up to 1 hour. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may also currently be impacted. We are actively working to restore real-time processing and will continue to provide updates here.

Resolved Elevated Hard Bounce Rates on Apple Inboxes

Beginning at 7:13 AM Eastern, we began observing elevated hard bounce rates from Apple inboxes (icloud.com, mac.com, me.com). This is reflected on Apple's status page as well: https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ In order to avoid incurring unwarranted suppressions due to false hard bounces, we recommend excluding recipients with Apple inboxes from your campaigns. We will update this page with more information as it becomes available.

Resolved Delay in Analytics Processing for 12.5% of Metrics

We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 7:48 AM (US Eastern Time) on March 25 for impacted metrics. No email or SMS sending is impacted, and no data is lost. We expect metrics to catch up in the next 1.5 to 2 hours and will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved Flow Triggering, Segmentation, and Analytics Disruption

We have identified an issue causing event processing delays up to 3 hours across integration and API metrics. Segmentation and flow triggering will be delayed for impacted metrics, and analytics across reports and dashboards may appear out of date. We are actively working to mitigate further delays and ensure all event processing catches up to real-time. We will continue to provide updates here.
