Minor Incident Candidate profile cannot be linked to user account
We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting the Users setting where searching candidate profile does not pull up any profile and cannot be linked with users. Resolved Minor LTI - “unexpected error”
We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting Lever Talent Intelligence (LTI). Certain LTI users might experience issues when trying to access their LTI dashboards, receiving the error message “An unexpected error occurred on the server. Click the Refresh button in your web browser and try again.” Affected users have also reported the dashboards occasionally loading, but displaying no data. Updates will be provided as they become available.
Resolved Minor "An unexpected error occurred" messages appearing when editing or accessing a workbook on Lever Talent Intelligence (LTI)
We are currently investigating an issue where error messages are appearing when editing or accessing a workbook on Lever Talent Intelligence (LTI). Users may intermittently encounter a red ""An unexpected error occurred" message at the top of their page. In order to reach resolution, we are restarting the associated server. LTI will be unreachable during this time, and we will post another update when the service is restored.
