Resolved Scheduled emails not sending as expected

We are currently investigating an issue that's preventing scheduled emails from sending at the chosen time. We became aware of this issue at 12:30 PM PDT and affected users will notice that the scheduled banner on emails remains even after the scheduled send time passes. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.

Resolved Issue sending offers and previewing offers and resumes

We are currently investigating an issue that's preventing users from previewing and sending offers, as well as previewing resumes and files. We became aware of this issue at 4:37 AM PDT and affected users will see a spinning wheel when attempting to send offers or a "This document cannot be previewed" message when attempting to preview offers, resumes, and files. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.

Resolved Increased error rate in Auth0

Auth0 is currently experiencing an increased error rate which is affecting Lever integrations that use this service. Auth0 is investigating and you can see additional updates here: https://status.auth0.com/incidents/zvjzyc7912g5?u=v0zzz6jxvbv7. We became aware of this issue at 9:13 am PDT, and affected users will see/experience issues using this service to authorize integrations. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Auth0.

Resolved Job postings not updating on Glassdoor

Due to changes in the way Glassdoor ingests job information, they are no longer ingesting our XML feed. New postings and updates to existing postings will not show. We are looking into this to determine the best way to address it and will provide updates here.

Resolved Visual Insight showing an error

We are currently investigating an issue that's impacting Visual Insights. We became aware of this issue at 2:15PM Pacific. All metrics on Visual Insights are showing an error. The export feature for Visual Insight are also being affected by this. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.

We are currently investigating an issue with our reporting database that's impacting Visual Insights. We became aware of this issue at 11:45 AM PDT. Affected users will still be able to access their Visual Insights dashboards, but they are not currently displaying the most updated data. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.

Resolved G Suite calendars not syncing

We are currently investigating a G suite issue, that is preventing calendars from syncing to Lever. Affected users will be unable to reset the calendar permissions and sync interview events. We will provide updates here as we learn more about this issue

Resolved Delays in emailing and scheduling tasks related to the Microsoft outage

We’ve identified that the Microsoft O365 outage is causing some delays in other parts of Lever for customers using other email/calendar providers (including G Suite). This is affecting interviews/scheduling, emailing, Nurture, and automation workflows. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.

Resolved Microsoft O365 outage preventing users from logging in or using the O365 email/calendar integration

We are currently investigating an issue caused by an outage on Microsoft's end, affecting customers that are using Microsoft SSO to log into Lever or the Microsoft O365 email/calendar integration. Affected users will receive 500 errors when attempting to log in with Microsoft SSO. We will provide updates here as we learn more about this issue
