Intermittent issues impacting Lever Hire
We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting our Reporting functionality. Issues impacting our Reporting functionality were noticed around 11:30am Pacific. Users will experience a delayed Visual Insight dashboards, Data Explorer, and failed exports. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Applications failing to arrive in Lever from Indeed
Indeed has reported that they stopped being able to ingest our feed entirely as of Dec 2. Additionally, the number of applications from Indeed have significantly dropped since approximately 8:30 AM Pacific December 6. Our team is investigating in partnership with the Indeed team to restore functionality as soon as possible.

Zoom integration not working as expected
We have identified an issue that is intermittently affecting the Zoom integration when scheduling interviews. Issues impacting the ability to schedule with Zoom links were noticed around 3:30pm Pacific today. Users may intermittently experience issues when scheduling but will start seeing improvements as our Engineering teams are actively working to fully resolve matter. We will provide additional updates as our team makes improvements.
