AWS have identified an issue where which has impacted our third party integration. Users may experience authorizing, retrieiving or refreshing tokens. AWS is investigating this matter and you can see additional updates here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. We became aware of this issue at approximately 10:10am Pacific time. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Amazon Web Services.
Resolved Minor LinkedIn API Elevated Errors
LinkedIn has identified an issue impacting API requests, which may affect customers that are using Lever <> LinkedIn integrations, such as LinkedIn RSC. LinkedIn reported that they have mitigated the issue and are working on a full resolution; you can see additional updates here: https://linkedin.statuspage.io/incidents/mgkk1fwgpwxp. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from LinkedIn.
Resolved Minor Intermittent issues impacting Lever Hire
We have identified an issue that is intermittently affecting the ability to send out offers via Lever. Issues impacting this feature were noticed around 8:40am Pacific. At the moment, users will will see an error message "unexpected error encountered when trying to render the offer template" when sending out offers. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Resolved Minor Lever-hosted job sites intermittently down
We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting Lever-hosted job sites (jobs.lever.co). Issues impacting job sites were noticed around 8:15 AM PT. Users may intermittently experience 502 Bad Gateway errors when attempting to access jobs.lever.co. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Resolved Major Lever Hire down
We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting Lever Hire. We noticed issues starting around 7:45 AM PT. Users may experience pages loading indefinitely or a 502 Bad Gateway error when trying to access hire.lever.co. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
