There is currently a delay in processing email analytics opens. This issue began on January 1st. This issue is resulting in our in-app display of tracking code information to not include the opens generated from Jan 1st onwards. No EA data has been lost in this delay. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Litmus has issues.

You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
