Resolved Logged out users may not be able to log in
We have identified an incident impacting the Maxihost Dashboard due to an issue with Auth0, the authentication layer we use to provide secure logins to customers. We are following the incident with Auth0 and will update this incident with more details as they are available.

Resolved Increased dashboard and API response times
The dashboard and API are currently dealing with performance issues, resulting in increased response times. We have narrowed down the issue to one of the servers in our cluster, and we are currently working on addressing the problem as fast as we can. You might notice occasional API timeouts and dashboard pages not rendering properly. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as we continue to work on resolving the incident.

We have identified that an issue in one of the Maxihost main traffic suppliers, the IX.br. Our network engineering team is already aware of this issue and they are promptly working on it. Resolved Failing API requests
We have identified and are looking into issues with failing API requests, impacting both API responses and the customer portal. Most endpoints are still working but features like Sign up, Remote Access, and server deployments are affected by this incident. No servers or any other part of our infrastructure was affected.
