We are currently investigating an issue related to exporting date values using the Excel plug-in or export CSV features in the platform. Currently the dates are being served in an improper format. This may cause issues regarding localization and functions that rely on data type constraints.

Legacy Analytics is unavailable for some accounts.
We are working with our 3rd party provider to resolve an issue related to an outage of our legacy analytics offering. At this time we are aware of regional infrastructure outages that have impacted our 3rd party vendor. This is a partial outage and is impacting a limited number of clients at this time. We will continue to update clients and resolution timings as we investigate with our 3rd party provider.

Power BI West US Outage Reported
Mercatus is aware of a Power BI outage in the US West region. The issue is reported as resolved by our infrastructure partner, but users may still notice intermittent performance issues as services return.

Legacy Analytics users are experiencing issues executing manual data refresh.
We have identified an issue in which clients on the Mercatus legacy analytics solution are not able to access the update analytics UI. We have found the cause and are issuing a patch to resolve the matter. Automated data refreshes will continue to execute, and only manual updates are impacted. Clients on the Mercatus modern analytics interface are not impacted by this issues.

Mercatus is aware of an ongoing multi-region network outage in NA. Development teams are investigating and will update as we learn more from our infrastructure providers.
