Resolved Gateway not available

We have noticed the issue where system gateway is not available and users receive error "502 Bad Gateway" The team is currently investigating the issue. We will update you with more details as soon as posible.

Resolved General system slowness

Our databases are running on Microsoft cloud platform called `Azure`. They are currently having issues with databases in Europe. this unfortunately affects us as well. We are currently looking at our options to mitigate the impact and monitoring status updates from microsoft.

Resolved Issue with Cubilis reservations delivery

We have identified an issue with the delivery of reservations from Cubilis Channel manager. Currently, reservations cannot be created or modified or canceled. We are in contact with Cubilis and working on a resolution.

The issues has been identified and a fix is being deployed. Issue will be fixed at approximately 14:05 UTC.

Resolved Unable to print bills in Austria

Unfortunately, this is caused by the fiscal registry not accepting the bill data. Therefore we cannot provide a legally required QR code on the bill. The bill cannot be printed until it is confirmed by the fiscal agency. You can check the status on this page. https://www.a-trust.at/Stehzeiten/
