TSYS is currently investigating an issue impacting their payment processing. Mindbody Subscribers using TSYS as their payment processor may experience intermittent errors attempting to process real time credit card transactions. TSYS has identified additional payment batching issues from past transactions. Some Mindbody Subscribers using the payment processor TSYS may have unbatched payments causing deposited funds to be delayed. Resolved Mindbody Payment Processing TSYS

We are aware of a batching issues for some merchants using TSYS for payment processing that occurred on Saturday, May 22, 2021. TSYS has identified a fix and will have a solution in place on May 26, 2021. Merchants can expect that deposits from batching issues on May 22 will be processed on either May 27, 2021 or May 28, 2021.

Resolved Mindbody Web Software Client Search

We are currently investigating an issue with Client Search in the Mindbody Web Software. Subscribers may experience slow page load times or intermittent time outs when using Client Search. We are working to diagnose the problem and restore systems to full functionality as soon as possible.
