Resolved Minor Problems loading Nutshell pages
While modifying security settings of a Nutshell API, we inadvertently denied access to users of the web application. This affected the loading of lead (and potentially other) pages in Nutshell. The issue was quickly identified and fixed. No data was lost. We're sorry for the trouble, and we are reviewing our release processes to prevent this type of problem in the future. Resolved Minor Partial Nutshell outage
We've identified an issue with one of our database servers, which is causing Nutshell to be unavailable for some customers. We expect a resolution over the next 20 minutes.
Resolved Minor Business card scans not completing
Over the last few days, a backup occurred in our processing of business cards. The issue has been resolved, and all business card scans are completed and we have returned to our normal processing times.
