We are currently investigating an issue with one of our clusters in US West 2 that is causing some outages with some Octopus Cloud instances.
Resolved Azure VM Extension is failing to register against Octopus Cloud instances.
We have identified an issue that is causing the Azure VM Extension to fail when attempting to register against an Octopus Cloud instance. A product fix is underway, and we foresee the rollout of this fix to our cloud fleet commencing Monday, November 2 (UTC+10).
