Outage Details

The Prisma Access Engineering team has identified an issue in the backend that was affecting the commit jobs pushed from Panorama Managed version 10.2 or on Cloud Management for a few customers. Remediations have been put in place and the issue is closely being monitored for any more failures. Customers are requested to re-push commits after a few minutes in case they encounter commit failures. Kindly open a support ticket in case the commit failures persist. This issue should not affect Panorama managed 10.1 & below.
