Resolved Help Center Outage
The SalesLoft Help Center (help.salesloft.com) is currently experiencing an outage. This means the Knowledge Base and Support Case Management module is currently not accessible. We are currently investigating. Updates will be provided at status.salesloft.com as they become available.
Resolved SFDC Outage
We have been made aware that some customers are experiencing an outage with Salesforce. If this is affecting your company, it will affect your SalesLoft app as well Data will not be syncing while this outage is going on. We will continue to investigate and update this page as we learn more.
Resolved Template Issue
We are currently investigating some issue with templates. When running an email step in a cadence for more than one person, the dynamic fields (i.e. names, accounts) aren't adjusting automatically when moving to the next person/email. We also have reports of updates not saving to templates. Our Engineering Team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. Please continue to monitor the status page for additional updates.
Resolved Dialer Disruption - Europe
Some users dialing into or out of Europe may be experience degraded performance with the SalesLoft dialer due to disruption with our VOIP provider, Twilio. Updates will be posted here but you can also view status.twilio.com for the latest.
Resolved SalesLoft Marketing Site Issue
Engineering is currently investigating an issue where Salesloft.com (the marketing website) is not reachable in certain areas. If you go to Salesloft.com to login to the application this path may not work for you right now. Alternatively, you can log in through app.SalesLoft.com and you should not see any errors. Please monitor this status page for updates.
