Our team and partners have resolved the queue processing issues. Salsify will continue to monitor publications throughout the remainder of the week. Users may resume publications as normal.

Our API Partner and THD continue to collaborate with Salsify on the issue. They have identified options to avoid future delays. We do not have a timeline for a resolution yet but we are working closely with our partners to ensure the issue continues to be addressed with priority. In the meantime, republishing affected products may provide additional feedback.
