Resolved Minor Removal of IP Addresses from Azure reseller customers with multiple dedicated IP Addresses

Starting around 10:47am PT on 09/13/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with certain Azure Reseller Customers with multiple dedicated IP addresses seeing one of them removed from their account without user intervention. Customers impacted may have experienced mail send disruption sent through the secondary IPs on their account. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved Minor Email Activity Exports Not Being Received

Starting around 12:35pm PT on September 10th, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with email activity export emails not being received by customers. Users who are triggering an activity feed export from their SendGrid Account may not receive the subsequent email containing the export. Searching in the activity feed still functions as expected as well as the API endpoints for users with the Email Activity add-on. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved Minor Unable to delete API keys

Beginning at 5:45 PM MT, our systems that delete API keys got degraded and we detected this issue around 10.45 PM MT. During the degradation customers were not able to delete any API keys. We have put in a fix since then and are currently in monitoring state. Customers should now be able to delete keys as usual. This doesn't impact mail sending.

Resolved Minor Legacy Marketing Campaigns Displaying Incorrect Stats

Beginning at 9:45 AM PT on August 30, 2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with Legacy Marketing Campaigns stats. At this time, customers may see inflated stats when reviewing delivered percentages for each campaign within the UI. This does not impact mail sent. We will provide another update within an hour or sooner if more information becomes available.

Resolved Minor Stats undercounted for August 4th and 9th

On August 29th at around 10:40 am PT our teams noticed that the stats for August 4th and 9th were being undercounted. For those dates, this affected global stats specifically geographical, browser, devices, clients, and mailbox provider stats for a subset of customers. The issue has been identified, and the team is working towards a fix. Customers may experience issues with stats from mentioned dates. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
