Resolved FedEx web services - degraded performance
We are seeing a drop in performance with FedEx web services. If you need to ship immediately and have an alternative parcel provider, you can add a Shipping Policy to force packages to go out with that alternative carrier. Contact support if you would like help setting up a Shipping Policy to force an alternate carrier selection in the interim.
