We investigated connectivity issues between 15:58 UTC - 17:25 UTC on Sunday, November 22. As a result, you might have experienced issues with some of the following actions: - send a question - upvote a question - join an event as a participant - control an event as an admin We managed to identify the root cause which was caused by a partial downtime of AWS underlying infrastructure. We've applied a workaround to resolve the issue shortly after we found out what was wrong. We're very sorry for the trouble. We hope it didn't negatively affect your meeting or event. Resolved Stream connectivity issues

We experienced stream connectivity issues between 01:34 - 03:31 UTC on Wed, August 5. As a result, you might have noticed issues with our auto-updating functionality. The data that we usually update automatically for you e.g. number of likes, or a number of poll votes, stayed outdated this time and you needed to refresh the page to get the updates. We managed to resolve the issue shortly after we found out what was wrong. We're very sorry for the trouble. Our Help Center is currently unavailable; as a result, our help articles can't be accessed. We've identified that issue is caused by the underlying third-party provider. Slido experienced an issue on the 10th of June between 16:24 and 16:55 CEST which occurred due to an API release on our end. As a result, Slido might have been temporarily unavailable for some users during this time. We managed to find the problem and fully resolve it by 16:55 CEST.
